This policy explains how Brivanta (“Brivanta”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use brivanta.in or contact us. Brivanta is an India-focused cashback and rewards website located at 55, Melaground, Bishnupur – 795133, Manipur, India. You can reach us at support@brivanta.in.
We process personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it applies.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name and email address when you write to us or send a claim.
- Order details: store name, order ID, order date and order value that you send for a cashback claim.
- Payout details: your UPI ID or bank account details (account holder name, account number and IFSC) when you ask for a withdrawal.
- Messages: anything else you choose to include in your emails.
Information from stores and affiliate networks
To confirm cashback, stores and their affiliate networks share order information with us, such as order ID, order date, order value, commission and status. They do not share your card or payment details with us.
Technical information
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data — such as IP address, browser type and pages requested — to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools.
We never ask for card numbers, UPI PINs, net-banking passwords or OTPs. Please do not send them to us.
3. How we use it
- To match your claims with store reports and track their status.
- To pay your confirmed cashback to the UPI ID or bank account you provide.
- To reply to your messages and send updates about your claims and withdrawals.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, and to enforce our Terms & Conditions.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We use your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you send us a claim, a request or a message, and where the law otherwise permits. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
4. Cookies & tracking
The Brivanta website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. When you click “Shop via Brivanta”, you go to the store's website, usually through an affiliate network link. The store and the network may set their own cookies to record that the visit came from Brivanta — this is how your order is tracked for cashback. Their use of cookies is governed by their own privacy policies.
All fonts, images and scripts on this website are served from our own domain, so browsing Brivanta does not send your data to advertising, analytics or font services.
5. Who we share it with
- Stores and affiliate networks — order details only, when we need to verify or follow up on a claim.
- Banks and payment providers — the payout details needed to send your cashback.
- Service providers — such as our website host and email provider, who process data on our behalf.
- Authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety and prevent fraud.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, while a claim or withdrawal is open — and then for as long as the law requires us to keep transaction and accounting records. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. We limit who can access personal data and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will act promptly if a problem arises and inform you where the law requires.

9. Data deletion
To delete your data, email support@brivanta.in with the subject “Data deletion request”, or use the contact form. Tell us the email address you used with Brivanta. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted, and let you know if any record must be kept for legal reasons.
10. Children
Brivanta is meant for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
