1. Payments to Brivanta
Brivanta does not sell products and does not collect payments from you through this website. Because no payment is made to Brivanta, there is nothing for Brivanta to refund.
2. Refunds and cancellations for store purchases
When you shop through a Brivanta link, you buy directly from the store. Orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are handled by that store under its own policies. Please contact the store directly for any refund or cancellation of your purchase.
3. How returns and cancellations affect cashback
- If you cancel or return a full order, the store does not pay a commission, so the cashback is marked Declined.
- If you return or cancel part of an order, cashback is recalculated on the items you keep.
- An exchange may be treated by the store as a return, which can cancel the cashback for the original order.
- Cashback stays Pending until the store's return window has closed, so that returns can be accounted for.
4. Cancelling a withdrawal request
You can cancel a withdrawal request before it is paid by emailing support@brivanta.in from the address linked to your claims. The amount stays in your confirmed balance. Once a payout has been sent and marked Paid, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Failed or incorrect payouts
- If a payout fails or is returned by the bank, the amount goes back to your confirmed balance and we ask you for correct details.
- If a payout is sent to incorrect details that you provided, we will try to help, but we may not be able to recover it.
- If a payout fails because of an error on our side, we will resend it to the correct details.
6. Reversed or excess cashback
If a store reverses a commission after cashback was confirmed or paid — for example, because of a late return — or if cashback was paid in error, we may deduct the amount from your future cashback or ask you to return it. We will always explain the reason by email.
