The rules for using Brivanta, written to be read.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of brivanta.in and the cashback service provided by Brivanta, 55, Melaground, Bishnupur – 795133, Manipur, India. By using the website, clicking an offer link, or sending us a claim or withdrawal request, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cashback Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
  • The service is meant for personal shopping by individuals in India.
  • Each person may claim cashback only for their own orders, using their own email address and payout details.

3. Our service

Brivanta lists offers from online stores. When you buy through a Brivanta link and the store pays us a commission, we share part of it with you as cashback, as described in our Cashback Policy.

Brivanta is not the seller of any product. Your purchase is a contract between you and the store. Product quality, pricing, delivery, warranties, returns and refunds are the store's responsibility.

Using Brivanta is not an investment or an income scheme. Cashback is a share of a commission that a store may or may not pay, and no earnings are guaranteed.

4. Offers

  • We take care to show offers accurately, but stores set and can change their rates, eligible products and terms at any time, sometimes without notice to us.
  • The rate that applies is the one in force with the store when you place your order.
  • Offers may end early if the store ends its programme.
  • If we find an error in an offer, we will correct it on the website. Cashback is based on what the store actually pays for your order.

5. Cashback & withdrawals

  • Cashback becomes payable only after the store confirms your order. Until then it is shown as Pending and cannot be withdrawn.
  • You can withdraw confirmed cashback once your balance reaches ₹250, by UPI or bank transfer to an account in your own name.
  • You are responsible for giving correct payout details. Payments sent to details you provide may not be recoverable.
  • If a store later reverses a commission for an order we have already paid cashback on, we may deduct that amount from your future cashback or ask you to return it.
  • Cashback is not cash credit, cannot be transferred to another person and has no value outside Brivanta's payout process.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • send false, altered or duplicate claims, or claim orders that are not yours;
  • use bots, scripts or automated tools to click links or place orders;
  • use multiple identities, or create orders in order to cancel or return them;
  • break a store's terms of sale or use offers for resale or bulk buying;
  • attempt to disrupt, copy or gain unauthorised access to the website.

We may decline claims, withhold cashback and report suspected fraud where these rules are broken.

7. Third-party stores and websites

Offer links take you to websites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Store names and trademarks belong to their owners, and their appearance on Brivanta does not mean the store endorses Brivanta.

8. Intellectual property

The Brivanta name, logo, design and original content on this website belong to Brivanta. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except to share links to our pages.

9. Liability

We provide the website “as is” and aim to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Brivanta is not liable for:

  • a store's products, delivery, refunds or decisions, including a decision not to pay a commission;
  • orders that a store or network fails to track;
  • indirect or consequential losses.

Where we are found liable to you in connection with cashback, our liability is limited to the confirmed cashback amount for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Suspension

We may stop processing your claims or withdrawals if you break these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraud. Where possible we will tell you why by email. Genuine confirmed cashback earned in line with these Terms will not be withheld without reason.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Manipur, India, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission.

12. Changes & contact
